Aluminum Compressed Air Pipe System Specifications

All the components of the Transair aluminum compressed air pipe system conforms to the following specifications.

Suitable Fluids

Compressed air (dry, wet, lubricated), vacuum, inert gases (argon, nitrogen) and other fluids. For additional information please request a complete list of suitable fluids.

Lubricant Compatibility

Compatible to all types of mineral and synthetic compressor oils

Resistance to

Corrosion, aggressive environments, mechanical shocks, thermal variations, UV and compressor oil carry over.

Fire Resistance

Components are non-flammable with no propagation of flame. The fittings in 40 mm, 25 mm, and 16.5 mm conform to UL94HB. The fixing clips conform to UL94V-2. The fire resistance of the compressed air flexible hose conforms to NFM82271 and the vacuum version to EN12115 flame resistance section.

Environment

Materials are 100% recyclable. Transair pipe, fittings and valves are guaranteed silicone free.
